Todd got the inspiration for Glasstown after travelling extensively through the US for his work in the tool and die industry, and would often find himself visiting different breweries situated along various riversides. It didn’t take long for him to realize he could bring the same experience to Chatham-Kent. Todd has big plans to revitalize downtown Wallaceburg, and is just getting started!

We knew we needed someone with deep knowledge and start-up experience and after starting up two breweries before ours, we knew David was the perfect fit! He’s also competed in national and international brewing competitions and has brought home the gold. He’s been working hard on perfecting our brews and we can’t wait for you to try them.

Iain believes everyone deserves to be fed well and takes great pride in his work, treating each ingredient with care and respect. He takes a flavour-forward approach to his dishes, and his food is a balance of textures, temperatures and techniques. We can't wait to see what he cooks up for us!

Born and raised just outside of Wallaceburg, Josiah is excited to return to his hometown to take on the important role of Cellarman, working alongside our Head Brewer, David. In his role, Josiah will focus on the operations of the cold side of the brewery, including cleaning and sanitizing brewery tanks and equipment. After years of experiencing the immense amount of support within the community of Wallaceburg, Josiah is excited to have a part in bringing the Glasstown vision to life while assisting in producing great beer for the community of Chatham-Kent!
