Todd got the inspiration for Glasstown after travelling extensively through the US for his work in the tool and die industry, and would often find himself visiting different breweries situated along various riversides. It didn’t take long for him to realize he could bring the same experience to Chatham-Kent. Todd has big plans to revitalize downtown Wallaceburg, and is just getting started!

Nicole Wadsworth brings over 10 years of management experience and more than 30 years in the hospitality industry. Born and raised in Wallaceburg, Nicole has a deep connection to the local community and a strong understanding of what guests value most.
After previously serving as our Taproom Manager, she stepped into the Operations Manager role this year, bringing leadership, dedication, and a passion for creating exceptional experiences for both guests and staff. Her local roots, industry knowledge, and hands-on approach make her an invaluable part of the Glasstown team.

Steve brings over 37 years of experience in the bar industry, including 15 years as a restaurant and bar manager.
Having worked with people from all walks of life, Steve has built a reputation for exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality. He enjoys connecting with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
With wide knowledge in crafting drinks, cocktails, and bar operations, Steve leads our taproom with experience, professionalism, and personality, making him an invaluable part of the Glasstown Brewing Company team.
